This guy is stupid for 2 reasons:
1) He's wearing a Cubs jersey.
2) It says "Chop" on the back. What the hell?
His last name can't be Chop. Can it? If so, he sucks worse than I first thought. Lesson to be learned: NEVER put anything on a jersey that doesn't belong such as your name, triple digit numbers, or "He Hate Me." Just say no. There's also a jersey "no tuck" rule. Thou shalt keep these jersey commandments. Dave has spoken.
