On March 23, we created this blog and made our first post. We bought our plane tickets to Denver the day before and we wanted to try to share our journey with you along the way. What better way than Dave and Julia's Baseball (and other) Travels blog?
As the blog header reads, our plan is to post daily while on the 4,700 mile baseball and National Park glee-filled road trip, but who knows if Al Gore has even brought the internet to Montana and Idaho yet. Service, if it exists, could be spotty. Also, with and average of 300 miles of driving per day, who knows what frame of mind we'll be in or when we'll even get the chance to post. Check daily as we're sure we'll come up with something even if we don't download the photos right away.
Well, here we are - 85 days later and we leave in a few hours. All that remains is to finish packing and to remove four stow-away cats from our luggage.
